DIRECTAIR®
DIRECTAIR® does not have set hours of operation. We are utility compressed air service, just like your natural gas service at your home or business. It is an uninterrupted supply that is guaranteed to always be available per our contractual agreements.
We design DIRECTAIR® with redundancy across all aspects of the system to avoid downtime at all costs. DIRECTAIR® transfers the assumption of risk with downtime or loss of production by providing a guaranteed supply of compressed air and superior air quality with contractual KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
We guarantee particular KPIs per our customer agreements that include but are not limited to Pressure, Flow, and Dew Point. Since this is a fee for service (utility), the customer is not purchasing the equipment therefore the equipment and parts are already included by DIRECTAIR® and OTC Industrial Technologies.
With our 100% Uptime Guarantee and our innovative MANAGAIR® technology, our reliability track record provides proof that the potential of DIRECTAIR® going down is extremely low. As part of our Uptime Guarantee, DIRECTAIR® transfers the assumption of risk with downtime or loss of production by providing a guaranteed supply of compressed air and superior air quality with contractual KPIs.

Much like the DIRECTAIR® system design, the agreements are customizable as well. We work with each customer to design the perfect solution and agreement to fit their needs.
DIRECTAIR® is the most flexible compressed air solution on the market. We design our systems so scaling up or down based on your air needs is easy. We then adjust the customer’s cost accordingly; you pay for the compressed air you use, like other utilities.
We design and build each DIRECTAIR® system with 100% redundancy in mind. DIRECTAIR® provides redundancy not only for the compressors but also air treatment and other ancillary items in your system.
DIRECTAIR® provides air as your FOURTH UTILITYSM. Our compressed air services are billed monthly like your other utility bills – water, gas, or electricity.
OTC Industrial Technologies has been in business since 1963 and has offered DIRECTAIR® services since 1995.

Yes. You can eliminate old scaled and rusted piping that is causing flow restrictions and energy waste. The DIRECTAIR® aluminum piping systems allow your facility to lower pressure in the system which allows for additional energy savings.
